this location is near the park. the restaurant views are amazing. the wooden walkways are ideal for viewing monkeys. i had direct access to a pool from my room. the restaurant menu was really good!!!

the location provided very nice views of the bay.
the facilities seemed very dated and also poorly maintained, even though this place has so much potential left underused. i think the photos i saw were not an up-to-date representation of the quality of the facilities.

i enjoyed the two swimming pools. the spa provided full service. the food at the restaurant was excellent. i found the restaurant's location very relaxing..
i found the breakfast to be quite basic and very Khmer. it needed more attention to cater to westerners. monkeys frequently came onto our balcony at the villa. i was sometimes afraid to be out there..

poor cleanliness run-down hotel
The staff were helpful at the reception and pool bar, making my stay acceptable.
The hotel felt quite run down. The photos did not accurately represent the facility's quality. Food was left outside our room upon arrival and remained there when we left. Cleanliness requires improvement. (I think it could be better.)
